Bahan :
2 sdm minyak
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
2 putih telur
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
tepung roti secukupnya
air secukupnya
Bumbu halus :
ketumbar bubuk secukupnya
1 sdt merica
3 siung bawang putih
3 butir kemiri
1 cm jahe
Cara membuat :
Peras jeruk nipis ke ayam
Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi tambahkan garam dan gula
Masukkan ayam kedalamnya dan masak hingga berubah warna
Tutup wajan, tambahkan air dan biarkan hingga air dalam wajan mengering
angkat dan tiriskan.
Setelah itu bersihkan bumbu yang menempel dan celup ke putih telur
Setelah itu gulingkan ke tepung roti
Simpan di kulkas selama 1/2 jam
Goreng hingga kecoklatan
