Bahan :
- 20 lembar kulit lumpia
- 150 gr tahu putih
- 1/2 buah wortel, potong korek api
- 2 buah daun bawang, potong-potong
- 1 butir telur, kocok
- 1/2 buah kaldu blok
- 90 gr keju quick melt, potong korek api
- garam secukupnya
- merica secukupnya
- minyak goreng untuk menggoreng
Cara membuat :
- Haluskan tahu. Masukkan daun bawang, wortel, kocokan telur, kaldu blok, garam dan merica. Aduk hingga rata
- Ambil selembar kulit lumpia lalu masukkan adonan isi.
- Masukkan keju quick melt di tengah adonan isi sebelum kulit lumpia dilipat.
- Lipat kulit lumpia membuat segitiga. Oleskan putih telur untuk merekatkan pinggiran kulit lumpia.
- Panaskan minyak di wajan. Masukkan tahu keju di dalamnya dan goreng dengan api kecil hingga matang
