Gulai kambing ( Lamb curry *Indonesian Taste* )

Bahan :

• 400 gr daging kambing, potong-potong
• 2 butir cengkeh
• 1/4 sdt pala
• 2 cm kayu manis
• 2 buah kapulaga
• 750 ml santan encer
• 400 ml santan kental
• 2 sdm minyak goreng

Bumbu halus :

• 5 butir bawang merah
• 2 siung bawang putih
• 2 cm jahe
• 3 cm kunyit
• 2 1/2  sdt garam

Pelengkap :

• Bawang goreng secukupnya

Cara membuat :

1. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan. Tumis bumbu halus, cengkeh, pala, kayu manis, dan kapulaga sampai harum. Masukkan daging kambing, masak hingga berubah warna.
2. Tuang santan encer dan tutup wajan. Masak sampai daging lunak.
   Tambahkan santan kental, lalu tutup wajan.
3. Tunggu hingga santan meresap, dan sajikan dengan pelengkapnya.

Waktu sajikan : 25 menit

How to make:

Heat oil in a skillet. Saute the spices, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom until fragrant. Enter the lamb, and cook until it changes color.

Pour the thin coconut milk and cover the pan. Cook until meat is tender.

Add coconut milk, then cover the pan.

Wait until the coconut milk soak, and serve to complement.

Tahu Keju (Tofu with Cheese)

Bahan :

• 20 lembar kulit lumpia
• 150 gr tahu putih
• 1/2 buah wortel, potong korek api
• 2 buah daun bawang, potong-potong
• 1 butir telur, kocok
• 1/2 buah kaldu blok
• 90 gr keju quick melt, potong korek api
• garam secukupnya
• merica secukupnya
• minyak goreng untuk menggoreng

Cara membuat :

1. Haluskan tahu. Masukkan daun bawang, wortel, kocokan telur, kaldu blok, garam dan merica. Aduk hingga rata
2. Ambil selembar kulit lumpia lalu masukkan adonan isi.
3. Masukkan keju quick melt di tengah adonan isi sebelum kulit lumpia dilipat.
4. Lipat kulit lumpia membuat segitiga. Oleskan putih telur untuk merekatkan pinggiran kulit lumpia.
5. Panaskan minyak di wajan. Masukkan tahu keju di dalamnya dan goreng dengan api kecil hingga matang

150 g tofu

1/2 carrot, cut into matchsticks

2 pieces of green onion, cut into pieces

1 egg, beaten

How to make:

Ayam Krispi ala Rilie (Chichen Crispy by Rilie)

Bahan :
2 sdm minyak
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
2 putih telur
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
tepung roti secukupnya
air secukupnya

Bumbu halus :
ketumbar bubuk secukupnya
1 sdt merica
3 siung bawang putih
3 butir kemiri
1 cm jahe

Cara membuat :
Peras jeruk nipis ke ayam
Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi tambahkan garam dan gula
Masukkan ayam kedalamnya dan masak hingga berubah warna
Tutup wajan, tambahkan air dan biarkan hingga air dalam wajan mengering
angkat dan tiriskan.
Setelah itu bersihkan bumbu yang menempel dan celup ke putih telur
Setelah itu gulingkan ke tepung roti
Simpan di kulkas selama 1/2 jam
Goreng hingga kecoklatan

1 tablespoon lemon juice
bread crumbs to taste
sufficient water

Spices:
coriander powder to taste
1 teaspoon pepper
3 cloves garlic
3 eggs hazelnut
1 cm ginger

How to make:
Squeeze lime juice into the chicken
Stir fry ground spices until fragrant add the salt and sugar
Enter into it and cook until the chicken changes color
Cover the pan, add water and allow it to dry up the water in the pan
remove and drain.
After that, clean flavor that sticks and dip into egg whites
After that roll into bread crumbs
Store in refrigerator for 1/2 hours
Fry until golden brown
