Bahan :
- 250 gr dada ayam, diiris
- 150 gr udang, dikupas
- 3 sdm minyak goreng
- 3 siung bawang putih, cincang
- 200 gr taoge
- 300 gr kwetiauw (sejenis mie)
- 2 sdm kecap ikan
- 2 sdm dark soy sauce
- 1 sdm jeruk nipis
- 1 sdt cabe bubuk
- 3 sdm air
- 3 sdm kacang, cincang
- daun basil secukupnya
Cara membuat :
- Siapkan pan, tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan ayam, masak selama 3 menit. Tiriskan
- Dengan sisa minyak yang ada, tumis taoge, kwetiauw, saus ikan, udang, dark soy sauce, jeruk nipis, dan cabe bubuk. Tutup pan, dan masak selama 2 menit.
- Masukkan air dan tutup lagi, masak selama 2 menit
- Sajikan Pad Thai Gai dengan tumisan ayam, kacang, dan daun basil
Chef's tip :
Jika tidak ada daun basil dapat diganti dengan daun salam.

How to make:
