Roti Canai (Canai Bread)
Bahan :
- 175gr tepung terigu
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 100cc air hangat
- 125gr mentega/ margarin, cairkan
Cara Membuat :
- Campur tepung terigu, garam dan air hangat sampai rata.
Masukkan mentega/ margarin cair. Campur sampai licin.
- Bagi menjadi 8-10 bagian, bulatkan. Diamkan selama
kurang lebih 15 menit
- Pipihkan setebal 1/2 cm. Goreng dalam pan dibolak-balik
hingga matang. Lalu angkat
Disajikan dengan kari

Waktu Masak : 15 Menit

: 8 -10 buah.

How to Make:
